以前我认为很好用很精准，并且还付费作为会员。现在和我的手环对比，很不精准，因为会把其他环境声音或者邻居的声音录进去从而判断我的睡眠。甚至我是秒睡的，却显示我一两个小时才入睡

很早以前有购买，使用了部分功能，几年后再登录发现全部功能被关闭只剩下了每年198的付费订阅，可以这么背刺老用户吗？可能新用户觉得划算吧，老用户只感觉被杀熟了。

If you have lost access to the features you used to have you might need to restore your purchase. If you reach out to us at Support@sleepcycle.com we can help you with this!
